Permitted Use: You may use the Platform for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Use the Platform to generate or disseminate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
Use the Platform to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Attempt to circumvent any security measures implemented by Model Leap.
Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without a valid subscription.
AI Generated Content: You are solely responsible for the content generated by the AI models available on the Platform. Model Leap does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
Fair Use: You agree to use the Platform and the AI models in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright laws and intellectual property rights.
Third-Party Services: You may use the Platform to integrate with third-party services. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that such integrations comply with all applicable terms and conditions of the third-party services.
3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify Model Leap immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all related software, technology, and content, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrights, are the property of Model Leap or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any portion of the Platform without the prior written consent of Model Leap.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MODEL LEAP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.  

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MODEL LEAP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Model Leap and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.  

8. Termination

Model Leap may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:  

Your violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Platform for illegal or harmful purposes.
Your failure to pay any applicable fees.
9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Jurisdiction].

Model Leap may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
